The AQ-4000 is one of the largest machines in the Aqua Phase range, built for hospitals and high-turnover equipment loan services that need to wash beds, backboards and several wheelchairs or walkers in one cycle.
It can be set up to load and unload from the same end, or upgraded to a double-door pass-through model so items go in at one end and come out clean at the other. An optional conveyor floor moves items from the door into the chamber at the turn of a switch, making room for more items per wash.
Fitted with the disinfectant application system, it becomes part of your infection control protocol. We supply the cleaning solution, rinse aid and sanitiser pumped through the machine. Installation is simple: connect a hot water fill hose and a drain hose, and plug it in.
Best suited to: Hospitals washing beds, and high-turnover equipment loan services washing several items per cycle.
